03 – Procurement Requirements
 
Raw cowhide and sheepskin, finished crust leather, eco-friendly leather tanning agents, dyes, leather processing auxiliaries, leather surface treatment agents, specialized hardware for leather goods and garments, zippers, leather buckles, lining fabrics, garment washing labels, hang tags, garment equipment spare parts, and other raw materials, auxiliaries, and supporting equipment accessories across the full leather and leather goods industry chain.
 
04 – Areas of Focus
 
Priority will be given to environmentally compliant suppliers of leather raw materials and chemical consumables with stable specifications. Emphasis is placed on consistent raw material quality and the ability to supply large volumes reliably. Suppliers are expected to provide comprehensive test reports and be capable of supporting industrialized mass production and delivery. Preference is given to suppliers who can offer one-stop bundled supply of multiple categories of auxiliaries. Long-term cooperation, competitive pricing, delivery timeliness, the ability to assist with local customs clearance in India, and rapid sample development coordination are all highly valued.
