Sailing Again This Autumn: Official Launch of the 2026 Asia Bags and Cases Fair (Autumn Edition)

Date:2026-06-25 13:06:19

After the successful conclusion of the 2026 Asia Bags and Cases Fair (Spring Edition) at the Guangzhou Pazhou LINGAN Innovation Expo Center, which garnered both strong visitor turnout and remarkable business results, the highly anticipated 2026 Asia Bags and Cases Fair (Autumn Edition) has been officially launched. Scheduled to be held from October 30 to November 2, 2026, at the same venue, the autumn edition will leverage the strategic advantage of being held concurrently with the 140th Canton Fair, building on the fruitful outcomes of the spring edition. It will unite industrial strengths, gather global buyers and sellers, and establish itself as a premier professional trade event for the bags and cases industry in Asia.
 Projected Scale

The 2026 Asia Bags and Cases Fair (Autumn Edition) is expected to occupy a gross exhibition area of 30,000 square meters, feature 500 exhibitors, and attract 30,000 professional visitors. Leveraging the significant visitor traffic from the Canton Fair, it will share access to over 300,000 international buyers from more than 200 countries and regions, further consolidating its position as Asia's premier trade and sourcing platform for the bags and cases industry, and enabling exhibitors to acquire customers efficiently and secure orders with precision.

The Autumn Edition features a comprehensive and diverse product range that spans the entire industrial chain of bags and leather goods. Exhibits primarily include finished products such as luggage, backpacks, business bags, fashion handbags, leather handbags, wallets, and accessories; brand-name products with original design and independent R&D capabilities; and factory-direct supplies capable of OEM/ODM customization, sample-based manufacturing, supermarket bulk procurement, and gift order fulfillment. The fair also brings together new materials for bags, smart production equipment, and auxiliary components, catering to multi-channel sourcing needs including cross-border e-commerce, export order taking, supermarket sourcing, brand ordering, and private group buying.

Visitor Profile
The fair extends targeted invitations to highquality professional visitors from around the globe, ensuring both precision and breadth in audience reach. The international segment encompasses importers, wholesalers, retailers, major cross border ecommerce sellers, and overseas supermarket buyers from various countries. The domestic segment gathers distributors from professional wholesale markets, livestream ecommerce agencies, groupbuying channels, gift companies, brand operators, upstream and downstream factories along the industrial chain, as well as representatives from industry associations. The organizing committee will leverage multiple channels—including targeted invitations, media promotion, and industrial cluster collaboration—to drive visitor traffic, ensuring that the buyers in attendance are both professionally relevant and financially capable.

Highlights
01. Mass Debut of New Products
This autumn edition will witness the global launch of a vast array of new collections, original designs, and crossborder bestsellers. Factories and original brand owners will collectively unveil their seasonal trendy items, upgraded models, and custom made novelties, offering global buyers a prime window for early sourcing and locking in orders for the autumn/winter season, while setting new trends across the bags and cases industry.

02. Coordinated Development of Industrial Clusters
The eight major industry bases—Guangzhou Shiling, Hebei Baigou, Hunan Huaihua, Hunan Lanshan, Jiangxi Xingan, Zhejiang Ningbo, Zhejiang Jiaxing, and Hunan Shaodong—will continue to actively organize their member enterprises to participate in the fair. They will collectively showcase their fullchain manufacturing capabilities, strengthen supply chain synergy, and promote the collective global expansion of industrial belts, vividly demonstrating the clustering advantages of Made in China.

 03. Quality Assurance from Source Factories

We have rigorously selected over 400 highquality exportoriented source factories and manufacturers with OEM/ODM capabilities to exhibit directly, eliminating intermediary markups. Most exhibitors are company decisionmakers available for on site negotiations. Products meet market access standards for Europe, the United States, Southeast Asia, and other regions, with factory audit reports, environmental/quality certifications, and export credentials available upon request. The fair supports small trial orders, bulk customization, and long term supply, ensuring quality control and stable delivery for cross border sourcing.

04. Prime Timing & Location Advantage
Held concurrently and at the same venue as the Autumn Canton Fair, the exhibition hall is situated adjacent to Canton Fair Area D, with direct metro access and convenient transportation. This allows exhibitors and visitors to directly benefit from the overflow of overseas buyer traffic from the Canton Fair, fully capturing the global trade opportunities.

05. Exclusive Services for International Buyers
A host of exclusive benefits—including complimentary star rated accommodation, oneonone precise business matching, onsite dedicated shuttle services, registration welcome gifts, and fullservice reception for business delegations—are offered to international buyers, significantly enhancing their visiting and negotiation experience.

06. Concurrent Events Empowering the Industry
During the fair, a series of concurrent events will be held, including the Bags and Cases Industry Base Exchange Symposium, the Bags and Cases Industry Trade Digitalization Summit Forum, the Bags and Cases Overseas Market Expansion Seminar, and the Exhibition of Winning Works from the Bags and Cases Design Competition & Fashion Runway Show. These events span the entire value chain—from design, materials, equipment, and manufacturing to trade and display—promoting innovation, industrial upgrading, and longterm collaboration.

07. Low Cost Participation with Shared Canton Fair Resources
This exhibition is specifically tailored for small and mediumsized bag and case enterprises that either have no booth or face booth shortages at the Canton Fair. By offering a low cost entry point, it enables these companies to access the vast pool of global buyers attracted by the concurrent Canton Fair, with lower thresholds and higher costeffectiveness. It serves as an ideal supplementary platform for SMEs to expand their export markets.

08. Full Chain Layout · One Stop Supply Chain Upgrades
This fair goes beyond finished bags and leather goods by concurrently hosting the Asia Bags & Cases Materials and Smart Equipment Expo, which comprehensively covers upstream and downstream sectors including fabrics, accessories, hardware fittings, smart production equipment, and packaging design. This one stop approach satisfies buyers’ needs for product sourcing, supply chain integration, and industrial upgrading all in one place.

09. Featured Zones for Precise & Differentiated Sourcing
Two specially curated exhibition areas will be launched: one dedicated to Chinese-style leather goods incorporating intangible cultural heritage techniques such as Suzhou embroidery and brocade weaving, and another premium zone for affordable luxury bags and cases. These zones are designed to precisely meet differentiated sourcing needs for cultural and creative products, high-end gifts, and mid-to-upper market channels, helping enterprises sharpen their product competitiveness.

10.Authoritative Endorsement & Targeted Invitation of Quality Buyers

Organized jointly by the Guangzhou Leather Goods Industry Association and various leather goods/leather industry associations from across the country, and in collaboration with over 100 industry institutions, the fair extends targeted invitations to professional purchasing delegations both at home and abroad. With strict control over visitor quality, it ensures efficient and precise connection to premium business opportunities.

11.Staggered Opening to Capture Early Buyer Traffic

The fair will kick off one day ahead of Phase 3 of the Canton Fair, opening on October 30. This strategic timing allows exhibitors to engage global buyers who arrive in Guangzhou early, effectively capturing traffic ahead of the peak and gaining a first mover advantage in connecting with clients and securing orders.

12.Extended Opening Hours – Business Never Closes
Breaking the tradition of early exhibition closures, the fair will be open daily from 9:00 to 20:30, offering an additional 3 hours of prime negotiation time. Buyers can make full use of the evening hours to concentrate on bag deals, completing the entire cycle of sample viewing, price negotiation, and order signing. This effectively doubles sourcing efficiency and ensures no potential order is missed.
